Richard Donald Oldroyd, 84, of Winter Park, Florida passed away on February 6, 2020.
He was born in Philadelphia and moved to Central Florida in 1967. He served in the United States Army and retired after 30 years in sales from H.J. Heinz. He was a past member of Aloma United Methodist Church, Winter Park. Richard was a car guy, loved all makes of cars and motorcycles; loved watching TV, especially Fox News. He always loved to make friends and family laugh with his jokes. Richard is survived by his loving wife, Lori; son and his spouse Rob Oldroyd and Gleilson Dantas; daughter in law, Cathy Oldroyd; sister-in-law, Dee Jordan; nieces, Karen Greenberg Debbie Brooks, Stephanie Guynn and Gail Lentz and nephew, Tom Oldroyd. He was predeceased by his son, Michael. Celebration of Life will be conducted on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 11am at Baldwin Fairchild Funereal Home, 7520 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park.
